La Danza che Racconta, a Cavallo nel '600

This show connects music and horse-riding. The red line that links all the different panels together takes inspiration from the stories of famous writers (most of them of the 19^th century), describing topic moments or imaginative inventions of the 17^th century.

 

Famous writers and their stories are:

Cyrano de Bergerac: L'altro mondo o Gli stati e gli imperi della luna (XVII cent.)

Edmond Rostand: Cyrano de Bergerac (XIX cent.)

Alexandre Dumas: D’Artagnan (XIX cent.)

Alessandro Manzoni: I Promessi Sposi (XIX cent.)

 

The historical moments described in these books help to narrate the passage from CRISIS to REBIRTH, from CONFUSION to UNDERSTANDING, from NEGATIVE to POSITIVE, as a desire and a wish for a better future in this difficult moment.
